Heart-shaped with a yellow-green exterior & watermelon red flesh that’s firm, juicy & bursting with sweetness. Enjoy these tasty ‪‎stone fruits‬ alone or as a bright addition to compotes and tarts. Cooking these bright beauties adds vibrancy to the already rich flavor. Store at room temperature in a paper sack until ripe (can be refrigerated for 2-3 days)
